Admission Procedure

Entry Test

Admissions start in the month of the March/April every year on limited seats. The candidates can secure their admission after qualifying the entrance test.

Admission Of Board Classes

On the termination of the annual examination, the provisional classes for grade IX, X, XI and XII start before the official announcement of the Gazette result of BISE.

BISE Admission Poicy

The student who cannot qualify the send-up exam / detention exam by securing at least 70% aggregate marks, his/her admission is not registered with BISE Abbottabad.

Re - Admission

The student who cannot qualify the send-up exam / detention exam by securing at least 70% aggregate marks, his/her admission is not registered with BISE Abbottabad.

Withdrawel At Parents Request

The parents/guardians should submit an application regarding the school leaving certificate in the admin office through proper channel along with a copy of CNIC. The School Leaving Certificate is issued to the parents/guardians after clarifying the remaining dues (if any).

Scholarship information

Note: To continue availing the concession or scholarship, students must maintain 90% attendance.

Fee Rules

Payment of Fees

Once agreed upon, the fees and other dues will not be changed during the session. Payment of fees for 12 months is mandatory during the session.

Non-Refundable Funds

In the event of discontinuation of studies, any paid funds will be non-refundable.

Installments for FSC Part (I&II)

The total agreed fees for FSC Part I & II will be collected in 8 installments.

Monthly Payment Deadline

Fees must be paid by the 7th of each month. In case of non-payment, the bank is authorized to charge a penalty.

Name Removal for Non-Payment

If fees are not paid for three months, the student’s name will be removed from the roll. To re-register, a lump sum payment of outstanding dues plus a registration fee of PKR 5000 will be required. To avoid this inconvenience, ensure timely payment of fees.

Tuition Fee Collection

Tuition fees will not be collected at the school.

Fee Reduction or Scholarship

Parents must submit a formal written application to request a fee reduction or scholarship. After approval from the Board of Governors (BOG), the student will be granted a scholarship or fee concession. However, the scholarship or fee reduction will be valid for only three months. If the student’s performance does not meet 80% criteria, the concession and scholarship will automatically be terminated.

Authority to Terminate Scholarships

The BOG reserves the right to terminate any scholarship or fee reduction based on any judicial order or decision from an authority.

Application of Fee Reduction

Any law or judicial order concerning fee reduction will apply to the full fee. In cases of discounted fees or scholarships, no further concessions, reductions, or refunds will be granted.

Legal Action

No legal action can be taken against any decision in any court or before any authority.

Board of Directors' Authority

The Board of Directors has the authority to revise or cancel any of their decisions at any time without providing a reason. Their decisions cannot be challenged in any court or before any authority.

Scholarship Application

Parents must submit a written application every three months to continue a scholarship or fee reduction. The BOG will decide based on the student’s academic performance, attendance, and discipline.

Fee Concession

At Sir Syed Model School & College Haripur, we believe in rewarding hard-working students and ensuring every child has access to education. Our incentives and scholarships motivate students to excel in their exams, with position holders being the pride of our institution. Beyond performance-based rewards, we also offer financial support, including fee concessions and free education for those in need, ensuring education remains accessible to all.

Late Fee

The last date of fee deposit is 5th of every month. After the due dates, the fine will be charged. Those students will be struck off from the institution whose parents do not deposit the fee on the said dates of the month\term. For continuing again, the readmission will be charged i.e. (5000).

With Draw By Parents

Parents who wish to withdraw their child from Sir Syed Model School & College are required to follow a formal process to ensure a smooth transition.

Notification

Parents must provide written notice of their intention to withdraw their child, stating the reason and the desired withdrawal date.

Clearance Process

Before withdrawal, all outstanding fees and obligations must be settled. The school will issue a clearance form that needs to be completed as part of the withdrawal process.

Record Transfer

Upon completion of the withdrawal process, the school will provide the necessary academic records and certificates to the parents for transfer to the new institution

With Draw By College

In certain circumstances, Sir Syed Model School & College may initiate the withdrawal of a student based on academic, disciplinary, or other serious issues.

Criteria

Withdrawal may be considered for students who consistently fail to meet academic standards, violate school policies, or exhibit behavior that is harmful to the school community.

Notification

The college will notify parents in writing of the decision to withdraw the student, providing the reasons and any opportunities for appeal or remediation.

Support and Transition

The college may offer support to help the student transition to another institution, including providing academic records and recommendations if appropriate.
